Throughout the site and the application, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Mind365. We offer this website and mobile app, including all information, tools, and services available from these platforms to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site, downloading our mobile application, and/or purchasing our products (including the "2026 Growth Calendar", our Audio Protocols, and In-App Subscriptions), you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE & APP TERMS By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
2.1 Physical Products (The Calendar) The "2026 Growth Calendar" is a physical desk calendar accompanied by audio narration for each day's theme. Artistic Style Disclaimer: Our calendar features a specific "Ugly-Cute" minimalist line art style. By purchasing, you acknowledge that this aesthetic is intentional and constitutes the artistic value of the product, not a printing defect or quality issue.
2.2 Digital & Virtual Products (Audio Protocols & E-books) For any virtual products purchased via our website (e.g., Audio Protocols, Digital Downloads):
License Grant: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view/listen to the digital content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
No Redistribution: You agree not to distribute, share, resell, or publicly display the download links or file content. Sharing your access link with others is a violation of these terms and may result in the immediate revocation of your access without refund.
Instant Access: You acknowledge that digital products are delivered instantly via email or download page upon successful payment.
2.3 Colors and Images We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's or mobile device's display of any color will be accurate.
2.4 Mind365 Mobile App Subscriptions and In-App Purchases For digital content, audio protocols, and premium features accessed via the Mind365 Mobile Application:
Billing: All In-App Purchases (IAP) and subscriptions are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Your applicable app store account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewing Subscriptions: If you purchase a recurring subscription, it will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation and Management: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings in the App Store or Google Play after purchase. We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
Refunds for IAP: Any refunds for in-app purchases are subject to the respective App Store's refund policies. If a refund is granted by the App Store, we reserve the right to immediately revoke your access to the corresponding premium digital content within the app.
SECTION 3 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
SECTION 4 - BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION (WEBSITE STORE) The following terms apply strictly to purchases made directly on our website, excluding App Store In-App Purchases: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, including your email address (crucial for digital product delivery), credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS & PAYMENT GATEWAYS Certain content or services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. This includes payment processing services provided by trusted partners such as PayPal and Airwallex (for website purchases only). Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content included in or made available through Mind365, such as text, graphics, logos, audio clips, and digital downloads, is the property of Astral Knots Creative Limited and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.
SECTION 7 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
SECTION 8 - APP STORE SPECIFIC PROVISIONS (EULA) If you downloaded the Mind365 application from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you acknowledge and agree that:
These Terms of Service are concluded between you and Mind365 (Astral Knots Creative Limited) only, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC.
Mind365, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the App and the content thereof.
Apple and Google have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
Apple and Google, and their subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Service, and upon your acceptance, they will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
