This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products purchased from Astral Knots Creative Limited (trading as Mind365), including physical goods (e.g., "2026 Growth Calendar") and digital/virtual products (e.g., Audio Protocols, E-books, Courses).
We strictly comply with major global consumer protection regulations, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive, US FTC regulations, and the UK Consumer Rights Act. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Physical Products Policy (Calendars & Merch)
1.1 Return Window We accept return requests for physical items within 14 days of the date you actually receive the product (based on the courier's delivery timestamp).
1.2 Conditions for Return To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Condition: The calendar must be unused, unwritten on, and in the same condition that you received it.

Packaging: It must be in the original packaging (shrink wrap must be intact unless you are returning due to a printing defect discovered after opening).

Proof of Purchase: You must provide the Order Number and the email address used for the purchase.
1.3 Non-Returnable Physical Items

Calendars that have been torn, written on, or damaged by user mishandling.

Returns initiated after the 14-day window.

"Change of mind" returns where the shrink wrap has been removed (due to the nature of the product, opened calendars cannot be resold).
2. Digital & Virtual Products Policy (Audio Protocols)
2.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee Unlike typical digital goods which are usually non-refundable, we stand behind the quality of our content. We offer a Risk-Free 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for our digital products.
If you are not satisfied with the content for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
2.2 Conditions for Digital Refunds

No Hassle: We do not require complex proof, but we appreciate feedback on why the product didn't work for you so we can improve.

Access Revocation: Upon processing a full refund, your access to the digital content, audio files, and any associated membership areas will be immediately revoked.

Fair Use Policy: To prevent abuse, we reserve the right to deny refunds to customers who have a history of repeatedly purchasing and refunding products, or if there is evidence of copyright infringement/piracy.
3. Quality Guarantee (Defects & Damages)
We stand by the quality of our art and audio content. If you receive a defective item (physical or digital), we offer a 30-Day Quality Guarantee.
3.1 Valid Quality Issues

Physical Defects: Severe printing errors, missing pages, binding falling apart, or structural damage to the calendar stand.

Digital Defects: Audio files that do not play, corrupted download links, or unreadable digital text (excluding temporary network outages).

Shipping Damage: Box crushed or product soaked during transit.
3.2 Resolution for Defects If your product is defective:

Do not return it yet.

Email us at support@mind365.co with clear photos/videos of the defect.

Once verified, we will offer a Free Replacement (we pay shipping) or a Full Refund without requiring you to return the damaged item (at our discretion).
4. Shipping & Delivery (Physical Products Only)

Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days.

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the product is shipped. Once the shipping label has been created or the package has been dispatched, the standard Return Policy (Section 1) applies.
5. Return & Refund Process
If you wish to request a return or refund (for either physical or digital products):

Submit Request: Email support@mind365.co with the subject line "Return Request - Order #XXX". Please specify if it is for a Physical or Digital product.

Approval: We will review your request within 24 hours.

For Physical Returns: If approved, we will provide you with the Return Warehouse Address (Note: Do not ship to the address on the package without confirmation).

For Digital Refunds: We will process the refund immediately upon approval.

Shipping (Physical Only): You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
6. Refund Method & Timing
6.1 Refund Execution If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, or Airwallex).
6.2 Processing Time

Our Processing: Within 2 business days after inspection (for physical) or approval (for digital).

Bank Processing: Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
6.3 Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet:
