Shipping policy

This policy applies to all products purchased from Astral Knots Creative Limited (trading as Mind365). We aim to provide transparent and standardized delivery instructions for our global customers, whether you are purchasing a physical 2026 Growth Calendar or a digital Audio Protocol.


1. Digital & Virtual Products (Audio Protocols, E-books)

1.1 Instant Delivery For all virtual products (e.g., "Mental Clarity Protocol", "Action Engine"), there is no shipping time. Access is instant.

  • Upon successful payment, you will immediately receive an email containing your download link or access credentials.

  • You can also access your content directly from the "Thank You" page after checkout.

1.2 Shipping Costs Digital products are delivered electronically via email. There are $0 shipping fees for these items, regardless of your location.

1.3 Troubleshooting If you do not receive your access email within 10 minutes of purchase:

  • Please check your Spam or Promotions folder.

  • Ensure you entered the correct email address at checkout.

  • If you still cannot find it, contact us immediately at support@mind365.co, and we will resend it manually.


2. Physical Products (Calendars & Merch)

2.1 Order Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: All physical orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days after the order is placed.

  • Tracking: Within 24 hours of dispatch, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

2.2 Shipping Rates & Timeframes We use trusted international logistics partners to ensure your calendar arrives safely. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight and destination.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes:

  • North America (USA, Canada): 7 - 15 Business Days

  • Europe (UK, Germany, France, etc.): 7 - 15 Business Days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 8 - 15 Business Days

  • Rest of the World: 10 - 25 Business Days

Note: "Business Days" exclude weekends and public holidays. Remote areas may require an additional 1-3 days.

2.3 Phone Number Required Please ensure you provide a valid phone number at checkout. This is mandatory for international shipping carriers to ensure successful delivery. Failure to provide a phone number may result in shipping delays or the package being returned.


3. Customs Duties & Taxes (Physical Orders)

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we only charge the transportation fee.

  • For US Customers: Duties are generally subject to De Minimis value thresholds (usually free under $800, but subject to change).

  • For International Customers: You may be subject to VAT or import duties upon delivery depending on your country's local policies. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.


4. Important Delivery Information

4.1 Uncontrollable Factors Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to Force Majeure (weather, strikes), Peak Season volumes (December/January), or extended Customs Clearance inspections.

4.2 Wrong Address It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including Apt/Unit number). If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.

4.3 Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged: If your calendar arrives damaged, please contact us at support@mind365.co within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Lost: If the tracking information shows no movement for more than 20 days, please contact us immediately. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if confirmed lost.
